Wonderful hip new hotel in stunning location in main area. Decent food for all meals. Quiet beds, a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fridge in the room. Great services, the free parking was available nearby. Everything brand-new;))

We were there for 3 days, everything was good, truly enjoyed its amazing and convenient location next to the centre where all of the restaurants and the attractions are and sights, town, restaurants, buses and trains. The room was brand-new & huge, came with very comfortable bed, coffee machine, as example.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the modern architecture and spacious room gave us a refreshing change from our other accommodations in Japan. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the attention to detail in the bathroom layout, with separate closets for the toilet and shower, was impressive.

Although the hotel had many positive attributes, one area that could be improved is the lack of dining options on-site or nearby. While there is a small lobby store for light food and drinks, guests would need to take a taxi to find decent meals in the Nikko area.

Beautiful hotel, lovely room, kind staff. Quite a unique experience to have to heat my own food in the ovens like a camping trip. Great walk to the center, but fortunately, cabs aren't expensive.

Who needs a closet or drawers anyway? Just hang everything on a rack and stuff it into cubbies.

Fairfield exceeded our expectations in every way. the facilities were brand new and the king-sized bed, comforter, and pillows were the best we've ever slept on. the hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the sights in Nikko. We were impressed by the ample parking on-site and the friendly, accommodating staff who spoke English. the quiet location and minimalistic feel of the lobby and rooms added to the overall pleasant experience. We would highly recommend Fairfield By Marriott Tochigi Nikko. Cons: Can't fault this property in any way! 🌟.
